, embolectomy/irrigation, occlusion, billiary, and thermodilution catheters to U.S. military hospitals. Distribution is through the Department of Defense Prime Vendor program. In 1996, to date, $71,000 in product sales have already occurred.

The FSS agreement is now effective until Dec. 31, 1999 and allows the company to participate in the VA's Medical/Surgical Distribution Program. This agreement provides American BioMed with market access to all VA hospitals.

Przybyl, VP of Sales and Marketing, stated: "These agreements are part of our continuing strategy to strengthen market visibility for our current product line and should contribute $200,000.00 in annual product sales. We continue to provide distribution channel flexibility to our customers, who can buy our products, directly or through specialty medical distributors or through specific medical/surgical distribution programs."
