Ms. Louise Marie Olga Razafisoamandimby has been appointed to the position of Managing Director of the Company's Malagasy subsidiary Stones and Wood Corporation s.a.r.l. Company Director Mr. Dror Moradov resigned this position in order to more fully devote his time to the newly created position of Managing Director of African and Asian Operations. Stones and Wood Corporation s.a.r.l. has confirmed with the Company that all Stones and Wood Corporation s.a.r.l. perimeters in the Democratic Republic of Madagascar are current, valid and subsisting.

Since November 2000, American Benefits Group, Inc.'s new Management Team under President and Chief Executive Officer Gerald E. Sklar has refocused the Company on its original Business Model. This model joins the Mining Division (extraction and processing of corundum corundum (kərŭn`dəm), mineral, aluminum oxide, Al2O3.
