) Friday announced that former U.S. Congressman Jack F. Kemp has been nominated for election by the shareholders to the board.

Kemp served as secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD Hud (hd), a pre-Qur'anic prophet of Islam. Hud unsuccessfully exhorted his South Arabian people, the Ad, to worship the One God. ) under the Bush Administration and is currently co-founder and co-director of Empower America, a newly created Washington based organization that advances politics to expand entrepreneurial capitalization. Kemp served nine terms in the U.S. House of Representatives and served seven years in the Republican Party leadership as chairman of the House Republican Conference.

Also being nominated to the company's board to serve the remainder of an outgoing member's term, is Peter J. Dolara, who will be elected by the board at its annual meeting. Dolara is an officer and senior vice president of American Airlines Inc., in Coral Gables, Fla., and is recognized as one of the airline industry's most knowledgeable executives on the Caribbean and Latin American markets.
