American Bank Note Holographics Announces Changes to its Board of Directors.

ELMSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2000

American Bank Note Holographics, Inc. announced today that Fred J. Levin has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors, and will serve on the Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors. The Company also announced that C. Gerald Goldsmith resigned from the Board of Directors.

Fred Levin Fredric G. Levin (born March 29, 1937) is an American plaintiffs' attorney in the state of Florida, and the namesake of the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida.  is President of the Concord division of the Movado Group, a leading international manufacturer of luxury watches. Prior to joining the Movado Group, Mr. Levin was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Levin earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Noun 1.
