American Bank Note Holographics, Inc. Announces New Management Appointments.

Company Appoints New CFO, Controller, and VP of Sales and Marketing

American Bank Note Holographics, Inc. (NYSE:ABH) announced today the appointment of Mr. Alan Goldstein as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, Mr. George Condos as Controller, and Mr. Michael Banahan as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Goldstein, who has over 20 years of financial management and financial reporting experience including 12 years "Big 5" auditing experience, has been serving as a consultant to the Company since February, 1999. Mr. Goldstein was previously Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Complete Management, Inc., a physician management and diagnostic treatment company. Previously, he had been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RFI, International, a multinational transportation services holding company. Mr. Goldstein has a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and a M.S. in Accounting from Long Island University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Condos, who has 15 years of corporate accounting experience, has also been serving as a consultant to the Company since February, 1999. Mr. Condos was formerly Controller of PSR Logistics, a transportation company. He had previously been a divisional controller for Browning-Ferris Industries, a waste management and recycling company. Mr. Condos has a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University.

Mr. Banahan joined American Bank Note Holographics in 1989 as an Account Executive. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Banahan held sales and marketing positions at Burlington Industries, Westpoint Pepperell and Tension Envelope. Mr. Banahan earned a B.S. in Marketing Management from the University of Rhode Island.
