American Bank Announces Approval of Listing on NASDAQ Small Cap Market.

ALLENTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 18, 2002

American Bank Incorporated (AMBK), the parent company of American Bank, today announced that it has been approved for listing of its common stock and warrants on the NASDAQ NASDAQ
 in full National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations

 Small Cap Market.

Trading of American Bank Incorporated stock and warrants on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market began on Friday, March 15, 2002. The common stock and warrants will be traded under the symbols AMBK and AMBKW, respectively.
