American Apparel Announces Participation in the 10th Annual ICR XChange Conference.


LOS ANGELES Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  -- American Apparel (Amex: APP) today announced that the Company will be presenting at the 10th Annual ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition or Image Character Recognition) The machine recognition of hand-printed characters as well as machine printing that is difficult to recognize.  XChange Conference held at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa in Dana Point, California Dana Point is a city located in southern Orange County, California. The population was 35,110 at the 2000 census. As one of the few harbors along the Orange County coast, and with ready access via California State Route 1, it is a popular local destination for surfing and is home  on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at 10:30 am Pacific Standard Time. Dov Charney, President and Chief Executive Officer will host the presentation.
