The following are some of the key milestones AAMI has met for this period:
-- AAMI reached its third quarter sales and revenue goals, posting a 31% increase in sales over the second quarter, and a 210% increase over the first quarter. Sales for the nine month period ending September 30 were 270% over comparable 2001 figures.

-- Signed a $2,750,000.00 Funding Agreement with La Jolla Cove Investors with proceeds to be used to increase production output and enhance growth.

-- Capital Investment Services, Inc., a premier Investment Banking and Investor Relations firm initiated analyst coverage on AAMI.

-- Signed Sales Agency Agreements with Donaldson & Associates, Laylock & Associates and Binet Company, completing its nationwide sales network throughout the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

-- Announced 43% total bank debt reduction in 2002.

-- Implemented "Just In Time" inventory control while continuing increased productivity and sales.
