The contract provides for minimum and maximum amounts of product under the contract and at this stage of the contract it cannot be determined how much product will be shipped under the contract. The end-user is the Colombian National Police The Colombian National Police (Spanish: Policía Nacional de Colombia) is the national police force of the Republic of Colombia. It is the largest legal paramilitary force in Colombia under the control of the Ministry of Defense. .
