Press Conference Kicks off American and MobileStar's Network Expansion Plan

for Admirals Clubs Worldwide

BACKGROUND: American Airlines and MobileStar Network Corporation,

Richardson, TX, a leading provider of high-speed, wireless Internet

access for business travelers, today announced a partnership to provide

MobileStar network access to American's passengers at 32 Admirals Clubs

in the U.S. Another 17 locations in Europe and Asia are scheduled to

join the network by year-end.
