American Airlines expects to use Ingenium to manage the training of over 80,000 employees and contractors.

The rollout of Ingenium will initially focus on management personnel within American Airlines, and will provide scheduling and tracking of training classes, as well as skills assessment for each individual manager. Over the next year, American Airlines will integrate other work groups and positions into the online system.
