Considered the hallmark of Softscape's Planning Solutions, AchievementPlus(TM) is being used at Fortune 500 companies across the nation. It is the first and only web-based system to fully facilitate both Performance Management and 360 MultiSource Feedback programs, as well as a host of other HR applications.

Softscape: Employee-Centric

According to Dave Watkins, "The American Airline's HR department gives high priority to programs that increase employee skills and competencies. This is exciting for us because our applications are completely employee-centric; that is, they put the employee at the center of a decision-making sphere in terms of performance appraisal. This impacts employee loyalty and satisfaction."

American Airlines: Employee Focus

John Adcock, American Airlines Project Manager added: "We are working very hard on our internal programs for employees. Softscape's employee focused design was a natural match for us. It will allow our employees to drive the Performance Development Process as opposed to HR. Additionally, managers will have continually updated coaching and development suggestions at their fingertips."

A Unique Performance and Development Process

The system is a 100% turnkey software solution that collects, processes, coordinates, and reports on the Performance Development Process. Included are components for coaching, goal setting, development plans, and succession planning. Additionally, for American Airlines the Softscape system will assess core competencies and help focus employees' development plans.

The First and Only in the Nation

Dave Watkins added: "AchievementPlus(TM) is the first and remains today the only HR software application on the market that has 10 working modules up and running at companies across the nation. We have a successful system working from Fortune 100 companies to those with just over 100 employees."

The application is comprised of a suite of modules that can either stand-alone or be incorporated into a complete Human Resource Central Activity Center. The full suite of modules includes: Performance Management, 360 Multi-Source Feedback, Job Posting, Succession Planning, Compensation Planning, Requisition Management, Project Management, Training and Development, Survey Management, and Skills Management. An additional advantage to the application is its ability to integrate seamlessly with PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and other HRMS HRMS Human Resource Management System
