American Airlines Contracts with Softscape for Performance Development Process for 3,000 Managers.

Softscape, Incorporated has been contracted by American Airlines of Fort Worth, TX to design and implement a Performance Development Process (PDP) for 3,000 managers. American Airlines (NYSE:AMR), will work towards bringing the PDP System -- which is built using Softscape's AchievementPlus(TM) -- to its managers. Considered the hallmark of Softscape's Planning Solutions, AchievementPlus(TM) is being used at Fortune 500 companies across the nation.
