American Access Technologies to Post Newsletter for Investors on its Website.

LAKE MARY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 2001

American Access Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:AATK AATK - Always At the Keyboard) announced today that it will periodically post a newsletter on its website to keep investors informed about Company activities.

Information deemed material under Nasdaq Rule IM-4120-1 will continue to be disclosed promptly to the public through accepted news media channels.

"We want our investors to know what we are doing and what zone cabling is doing in the marketplace. In strictly complying with Nasdaq rules, we believe answering individual questions in a broader forum, for all to read, will impart relevant information to everyone," said President John Presley.

The current newsletter can be accessed at www.aatk.com. Enter the site and click Investor Relations from the menu at the left, and then Newsletter. Investors' questions are welcome, and may be answered in future editions by e-mailing us at lloar@aatk.com. Copies are available upon request by mail or by facsimile.

American Access manufactures patented zone cabling units that mount in ceilings, raised floors, and in custom furniture, routing traditional cabling and fiber optics to the office desktop. The Company's concept of "zone cabling" reduces costs for installation and moves, adds, and changes by as much as 70% while providing plug and play, up-gradable networks, fiber optics and wireless LAN.
