) announced today that its operating subsidiary, Prison Health Services health services Managed care The benefits covered under a health contract , Inc. Under the terms of the new contract, which is for one year commencing July 1, 2006, PHS will continue to provide comprehensive healthcare services to the Wyoming Department of Corrections' population of approximately 1,200 inmates located in four sites.
