) announced today that it is entering into an extension of its present contract, under the same terms and conditions, to provide medical services to patients at the facilities of the Philadelphia Prison System. The extension, which commences September 1, 2005, and runs through at least November 30, 2005, will allow the Philadelphia Prison System sufficient time to review the Company's pending proposal to provide such services through at least August 31, 2006.
