: AOL), and AT&T Wireless Services (NYSE: AWE), a pioneer in wireless Internet communications, today announced they will bring popular AOL content and features to millions of AOL customers via AT&T Digital PocketNet service.

With AOL members spending more than an hour online each day, this agreement between AOL and AT&T Wireless Services will help provide consumers another way to be connected, complete with AOL's hallmark ease-of-use and convenience. This announcement marks the latest in a series of initiatives by AOL, beginning with the launch of AOL Wireless this past February, that provide consumers with nationwide wireless solutions. For AOL members and AT&T Digital PocketNet subscribers, this agreement means convenient access to the information they need no matter where they are, whether on the road, on the beach, or anytime they are away from their computer.

Beginning this fall, AT&T Digital PocketNet users across the country will have convenient access to a wide selection of AOL's most popular services and features, part of AOL Mobile's suite of wireless services. MovieFone's local movie listings will be available free of charge via AT&T Wireless' Internet-ready phones as part of the AT&T Digital PocketNet Basic service plan. Other popular AOL features, including AOL e-mail, news, weather, and stock quotes, as well as convenient tools from Digital City, will also be available for a small monthly fee from AT&T Wireless Services. These services provide users with up-to-the-minute information including local entertainment guides, restaurant reservations and sports team schedules.

AT&T Digital PocketNet service provides unlimited wireless access to over 40 wireless Internet web sites when customers purchase one of two new wireless Internet phones (1) See IP phone and softphone.
