Under the terms of the agreement, Onvia.com's buying and request for quote functionality will be featured on AOL, AOL.COM, CompuServe and Netscape Netcenter. Through co-branded sites across these AOL brands, Onvia.com will provide a wide range of business services designed to give busy professionals the tools they need to succeed in the new economy.

In addition, Onvia.com will build a custom web-based buying directory for AOL that will initially be located within Netscape Netcenter.
