Infinity Broadcasting, with 183 stations, reaches 73 million weekly listeners on stations in top 50 markets including WFAN WFAN Women, Food and Agriculture Network (Atlantic, Iowa)  in New York, WXRT in Chicago and KROQ in Los Angeles.

America Online will provide AOL (A division of Time Warner, Inc., New York, NY, www.aol.com) The world's largest online information service with access to the Internet, e-mail, chat rooms and a variety of databases and services.  for Broadband service to broadcasting facilities at Infinity's stations across the country. As AOL's interactive content partner, Infinity stations will have access to real-time updates directly from AOL for Broadband to entertain and inform their listeners.

Also as part of the deal, at least five nationally-known Infinity stations will be streamed over the AOL Radio@ Network, the Internet's leading online radio service. The AOL Radio@ Network, which includes Radio@AOL, currently offers more than 200 best of breed music, news, sports, entertainment and seasonal stations including features from today's hottest stars and most respected names in broadcasting.

This unique partnership is part of America Online's first-ever major marketing campaign for its broadband service. Other elements of the multi-faceted campaign include a series of irreverent television ads that debuted during the recent Academy Awards(R) ceremony telecast, and a 50-city Mobile Marketing Tour.

The AOL for Broadband service offers the Internet's best selection of multimedia content -- a wealth of exclusive, original and brand name video programming, including news, entertainment, education and sports - all available on-demand with enhancements made for high-speed consumers. All of this content and more is seamlessly integrated with AOL's hallmark easy-to-use features such as AOL Mail, Instant Messenger(TM) and the Buddy List(R) feature plus the best safety and security features in the industry, including AOL Parental Controls.
