President of Marketing Joe Redling, Mr. Short will oversee AOL's domestic and international brand marketing efforts, including brand advertising and media, promotional marketing and overall brand management. At Charles Schwab, Mr. Short was responsible for business development marketing, brand development, advertising, account and new asset acquisition as well as graphic and production services.
