Celebrating the glitz and excitement surrounding the 46th annual GRAMMY Awards, America Online, the world's leading interactive services company, today announced its GRAMMYs 2004 programming lineup. The comprehensive package of in-depth coverage of this year's top award nominees, and special features such as a live broadcast of Clive Davis' legendary pre-GRAMMY party, all leading up to music's big night in Los Angeles on February 8, is available to AOL members at AOL Keyword: GRAMMYS. And for the first time, music fans on the web will have access to AOL Music's GRAMMYs 2004 experience on the newly revamped www.aol.com.

Highlighting this year's GRAMMY coverage is AOL Music's exclusive live Broadband Rocks(TM) broadcast of music industry legend Clive Davis' annual pre-GRAMMY party, which takes place on the eve of the GRAMMY Awards. For the third year running, AOL Music gives music fans a front row seat to one of the industry's most sought after and exclusive events. The star-studded soiree is available live on AOL and on demand for fans on the web. In the previous two years, A-List artists including Justin Timberlake, Aretha Franklin with Alicia Keys, Rod Stewart with Lou Reed, P. Diddy, Destiny's Child, Stevie Wonder and more have performed at the invitation only gala.

The Broadband Rocks Clive Davis pre-GRAMMY party broadcast begins live on AOL on February 7 at 9:30pm PT (12:30am ET, February 8) with live-from-the-red-carpet interviews hosted by Radio KOL's own Rick Adams. The event pre-show will be immediately followed by the full video broadcast of performances from the party. Both the pre-show and the party can also be streamed live on Radio@AOL and Radio@AOL for Broadband. Additional exclusive coverage of this year's Clive Davis' pre-GRAMMY party includes:

AOL is also giving members a chance to weigh in on the awards. Already, over one million people have responded to AOL Music's polls on select GRAMMY categories. Early results find AOL members favor Justin Timberlake's Justified to win Album of the Year, edging out Outkast's Speakerboxxx/The Love Below by just three percentage points. Beyonce's "Crazy in Love," featuring Jay-Z, leads Outkast's "Hey Ya" in the Record of the Year category. And 34 percent feel "Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera is the likely winner in the Song of the Year category. Fans can also cast their votes in the New Artist, Alternative Music Album, Contemporary R&B Album, Rock Album, Country Album, Pop Album, Rap Album and Latin Pop Album categories.
