Interwoven, Inc. (Nasdaq:IWOV), the leading provider of enterprise-class Web content management software, announced today an agreement with America Online See AOL.  brands Moviefone, the nation's largest movie listing guide and ticketing service, and Spinner Networks and Nullsoft, Inc., the leaders in Internet music.

Under the agreement, Interwoven TeamSite software will be used for content management on Moviefone.com, Spinner.com and Winamp.com.

Providing a scalable content management solution, Interwoven's open, standards-based architecture easily integrates with existing Web technologies to satisfy the need for a dynamic Web experience. Interwoven TeamSite can also accommodate all Web content including variable size multimedia files and empower both non-technical and technical contributors to work collaboratively on the sites.
