The grants are meant to be used as flexible resources to help raise students' aspirations. Some of the funds may be used for student projects, college awareness activities, rewards and recognition of student achievement, supplies to enable students to pursue particular interests and support to restructure a department or area in the school that would impact students and raise their aspirations.
