America Ferrera set to act in Iraq war film.

Washington, Nov 13 (ANI): Television actress America Ferrera is set to act in Iraq war-based flick.

Ferrera has joined the cast of the independent flick, which has been titled 'American Tragic' for the time being, reports Contactmusic.

The 'Ugly Betty' actress will portray por·tray

 the role of a wife of a young soldier played by Ryan O'Nan, who after returning from the warfront finds it difficult to adjust with the civilian life.

America is also set to executive produce the project, which will begin production in February (09) in New Mexico New Mexico, state in the SW United States. At its northwestern corner are the so-called Four Corners, where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah meet at right angles; New Mexico is also bordered by Oklahoma (NE), Texas (E, S), and Mexico (S). .
