 Jan. 29 - 31, and features a variety of informational sessions and a trade show highlighting the latest innovations in equipment and services available to the industry.

"Unified Symposium planners strive to bring together in one place all the new information and products needed to be successful and especially identify those trends and issues that will be most significant to attendees in the coming year," said Program Chairman Bob Steinhauer.

This year's general session topics include: Major Trends to Factor in Your Business Decision Making, which looks at providing an understanding for wine sales numbers on a global basis, to culinary trends and the greening of business to provide a big picture view of the planning process for moving forward. During the State of the Industry session wine and grape industry leaders will provide the most current analysis of plantings to match wine sales trends, the global bulk wine supply and implications for the trends in 2007 wine sales with an outlook for 2008 and beyond.

Smaller breakout sessions target specific topics four in the areas of: Grapegrowing; Winemaking; Business, Economics & Operations; and Marketing & Public Relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment.
