America's Sports Voice, Inc. (ASPV) has obtained name change approval to Milagro Holdings, Inc. and will trade effective today under the symbol "MLGH".

Milagro Holdings, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.
