The Branch Partners platform has been in planning since July 2002. The initial plan calls for 10 "partner" locations originating new loan production, a percentage of which could then be funded directly through the Company's facilities. The Company is working diligently to complete the funding necessary to launch the Branch Partners platform. Several proposals are under consideration but there can be no assurances that any of them will be suitable. The Company's four platforms are 1)traditional mortgage lending, 2) senior market lending, 3) wholesale lending, and 4) the new platform, branch partners. The company supports these platforms with sophisticated use of technology and a well-trained central staff. Combining existing operations with this new platform and the previously announced Florida acquisition pending, AMSE's loan production for 2003 could exceed $750 million dollars. The Company's goal for 2003 is to continue accumulating distribution on a diversified basis (four platforms) and aggregate $1 billion dollars in loan production. Other acquisition candidates currently under review would enable the Company to meet this goal. Recently, the Company announced continuing profitability and growth.
