AMSTAR Financial Services, Inc. will become the corporate name for the entire company. The Company will continue to use the name "America's Senior Financial Services" to identify the Company's growing multi-state retail Reverse Mortgage platform. The name "Jupiter Mortgage" will identify the Company's multi-state retail Forward Mortgage platform. The name "Synergy Mortgage Solutions" will identify the Company's multi-state Wholesale Mortgage Lending platform. The Company's "Branch Partners" platform will operate under the name "AMSTAR Mortgage Network," and other variations of the AMSTAR theme. This name change was made to reflect the expansion of the Company's operations beyond the reverse mortgage sector that identified so strongly with the name America's Senior Financial Services. The Company is much, much more. Currently, Reverse Mortgages are planned at approximately 10% of the Company's operations. The bulk of the Company's sales and earnings are derived from the forward mortgage and wholesale mortgage platforms.
