America's Senior 3rd Quarter Revenues Climb 33%; Company Posts a Profit.

America's Senior Financial Services, Inc. (OTCBB:AMSE) announced in its 9/30/02 10Q filing that its 3rd quarter revenues of $2,588,341 climbed by 33% or $643,092 over the comparable quarter of the prior year. The 3rd quarter gross revenues exceeded gross revenues of all prior quarters due in part to integration of the newly acquired wholesale loan platform. Net income increased in the third quarter of this year by $557,893 over the comparable quarter of the prior year. The company was profitable.

The company is on target to achieve its 2002 actual loan operations revenue estimate of $8.1 million which should exceed operational revenues of all prior years.
