, Ky. & LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. -- Camping World & FreedomRoads, America's largest retailers of RVs and outdoor supplies and accessories, today announced it has promoted key personnel to their Executive Management Team.

The promotions for the consolidated Camping World & FreedomRoads include:

Ken Marshall to President of E-Commerce. His responsibilities will include: management and direction of e-commerce business which includes campingworld.com , rvs.com, freedomroads.com and the dealer network websites (respectively).

Matt Baden to Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer. His responsibilities will include: leadership and management for all information technology services and operations. Baden will also oversee design, implementation, integration, evaluation and ongoing support for all information systems.

Tamara Ward to Chief Marketing Officer . In her new role, Ward will lead external brand management development, database marketing and management, and retail store marketing.

Diana Ardelean to Senior Vice-President of Communication & Marketing. Her responsibilities will include: strategic communication of internal brand management, employee, media and public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most . Ardelean will also oversee special events, promotions, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach programs.

The promotions for FreedomRoads include:

Randall Rahe to Senior Vice-President of Business Development and Training .His responsibilities will include: direction and management of customer sales process A sales process is a systematic approach for performing product or service sales. The reasons for having a sales process include seller and buyer risk management, achieving standardized customer interaction in sales and scalable revenue generation. , follow-up of customer experience and development of customer database. In addition, Rahe will oversee lead development acquisition, and development and implementation of all training processes. This includes but is not limited to product and sales training.

Robert Jensen Robert William Jensen (born July 14 1958) is a professor of journalism at the University of Texas at Austin. He joined the faculty in 1992 after completing his Ph.D. in media law and ethics in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Minnesota.  to Senior Vice-President. His new role will include: leadership and management of RV dealer operations, strategic process development and administration of pre-owned inventory.

Don Smith to Senior Vice-President of Finance and Supply Chain for Camping. In his new role, Smith will report directly to Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
