America's Growth Capital and Bryan, Garnier & Co Announce Joint Venture.

Firms enter partnership to expand transatlantic service offering and join forces on deal sourcing

BOSTON & LONDON -- America's Growth Capital, an emerging growth-focused, research, trading and investment banking partnership with its footprint in the U.S., and Bryan, Garnier & Co ("Bryan Garnier"), an independent pan-European investment bank focused on European growth companies, announced today that they have entered into a joint venture. The companies will combine forces on lead generation and transaction sourcing in order to complement each other's strengths and areas of focus.

"Bryan Garnier is a firm that shares our commitment in the emerging growth markets to bringing senior-level dedication and attention to each client," said Ben Howe, chief executive officer of America's Growth Capital. "This partnership makes a lot of sense for us, as they are trying to capture and bring us in on deals that we would never see and that they wouldn't likely win without our credentials and transaction history."

"America's Growth Capital has an exceptional track record in technology markets; we strongly believe that the combination with Bryan Garnier's capabilities will deliver a unique value for our European technology clients, looking for Looking for
