America's Growth Capital Establishes New York City Presence by Hiring Andrew Kelley, III.


UBS Veteran to Join as Partner with Focus on IT Services, Business Services and Software

BOSTON -- America's Growth Capital, a national, emerging growth-focused investment bank, announced today the hiring of Andrew Kelley as Partner in the firm's Investment Banking Group. Kelley will be based in New York and will be focused on expanding transaction capabilities and relationships within the technology-enabled services, business services and software arenas.

Kelley's 10 years of experience include investment banking at UBS, corporate development at IBM and equity research at Goldman Sachs. For the last six years, he has focused predominantly on mergers and acquisitions for UBS where most recently his calling focus was middle market IT and business services companies. Kelley has successfully completed over $30B in advisory and capital raising assignments over his career and has worked on numerous other situations. Kelley began his business career by co-founding Virtual Ink in 1997 with MIT MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology  classmates and is co-author of 11 patents.
