), a property-type specific real estate investment trust which owns 22 office properties serving small and mid-sized tenants, announced today that chief executive officer William Atkins William Atkins may to refer to:

 has been named to the additional position of chairman, succeeding Charles R. Hoffman, who has retired after seven years of service. The company has also elected Jerry J. Tepper a director.

Tepper, 63, is president of Tepco, Inc., a privately-held real estate investment company, president of CF Group Ltd., a privately-held investment company in the retail food business and president of Schoenberg Farms, Inc., a dairy product company. Through Schoenberg Farms, Inc., Mr. Tepper is the company's largest shareholder, owning more than 10 percent of the company's outstanding common stock.

Prior to forming Tepco, Tepper was also a director of Citizens Bank in Westminster CO, when it was purchased by Vectra Bank in 1999. From 1975 through 1980, Tepper was a director of Regal Petroleum, and from 1979 to 1983 he was a member of the United States Chamber of Commerce The United States Chamber of Commerce is the world's largest not-for-profit business federation, representing
