Wilson attended Farrington High School in Honolulu and Dixie Junior College in St. George, Utah before transferring to Hawai'i. has joined the Company's Board of Directors. This appointment is effective immediately and Mr. Wilson will serve as a member of the Company's audit committee. Mr. Wilson brings more than 35 years of financial and operations experience to AmeriSource.
