AmeriSource Completes Acquisition of C. D. Smith Healthcare.

:AAS), one of the nation's leading pharmaceutical distributors, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of C. D. Smith Healthcare, Inc. a full-service regional pharmaceutical distributor.
