AmeriPath Creates a High Performance Organization with Kronos; Organization Engages Physicians and Employees, and Empowers Managers with Workforce Management Solutions.

Company information, policies, handbooks, forms, employment opportunities, benefit programs, work and vacation schedules, and links to valuable company or vendor websites are a few of the services available online. Employees can verify their timecards as well as vacation and sick time balances via the Web. AmeriPath also has given its physicians and employees, via self-service functionality, the ability to sign up for training and development courses offered through its AmeriPath Corporate University. By engaging employees with quick and easy access to the information they want, AmeriPath has been able to improve satisfaction and reduce turnover.

The Kronos solution also provides managers with self-service functionality. Workforce Central empowers managers with the information needed to create an environment that fosters growth and new opportunities for employees. With access to critical information, managers are able to make staffing decisions and control overtime in real-time. This allows them to manage proactively rather than reactively.
