AmeriNet Group.com, Inc. Announces the Promotion of David K. Cantley to Chief Financial Officer.

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2000

AmeriNet Group.com, Inc. ("AmeriNet") (OTCBB:ABUY) announced the promotion of David K. Cantley to vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer. Mr. Cantley formerly served as the chief financial officer for AmeriNet's wholly owned subsidiary, Trilogy International, Inc. ("Trilogy"), and has been working closely with AmeriNet's other operating subsidiary, Wriwebs.com, Inc., to upgrade its internal accounting processes. His principal responsibilities will involve:

-- Development and implementation of procedures to assure the timely
collection, preparation and filing of data in reports to the Securities and
Exchange Commission;

-- Coordination of the internal accounting systems of AmeriNet's subsidiaries;

-- Interaction with AmeriNet's officers, directors, strategic consultant, audit
committee and independent auditors to assure the establishment and maintenance
of prudent financial and management controls; and

-- Evaluation of AmeriNet's subsidiaries' ongoing capital requirements,
monitoring of their operations and evaluation of their progress in attaining
goals established by AmeriNet's strategic plan.

A graduate of Yale University with a degree in economics, Mr. Cantley has 40 years of management experience with emphasis on financial planning, control and reporting. Mr. Cantley has substantial experience with management of public companies and their regulatory responsibilities. He served as president, chairman and chief financial officer of Full House Resorts, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company from 1992 to 1995 and served as project director for real estate developments and financial advisor to the board of directors of Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. He was also the chief financial officer for several of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies until he was recruited by Trilogy in 1999.

AmeriNet anticipates that it will close on agreements to acquire two additional subsidiaries within the next thirty days, one of which, Custom Software Systems, Inc., would provide AmeriNet with state of the art research and development resources. AmeriNet is also currently negotiating to acquire a full service, Internet oriented advertising firm. These acquisitions would complete the initial stage of its strategic plan and permit AmeriNet to concentrate on amalgamation of its subsidiaries by coordinating their operations and personnel for maximum efficiency and synergy. Mr. Cantley's background and abilities are ideally suited to lead that project.
