(OTCBB:ABUY) ``AmeriNet'' notes that Park City Group (``Park City'') who is a party to a letter of intent with AmeriNet Group.com, Inc. has announced that it has entered into a material contract. Park City Group, which has signed a letter of intent to be acquired by AmeriNet Group.com, Inc., today announced that The Right Start (Nasdaq:RTST) company has ordered Park City's ActionMail, Internet Mail Gateway, ActionForm, HRAction, ScoreTracker and TimeMeter applications for its 63 retail stores in 16 states. The

Right Start is one of a growing list of prestigious clients that use software from the Park City Group. Park City Group was organized by Randall K. Fields, co-founder of the world renowned Mrs. Fields' Cookies, which has more than 800 locations.

The Right Start, a market-leading merchant of unique, high-quality products for infants and young children was founded in 1985, having started operations as a mail-order catalog company, and made the transition into retail stores in 1993.
