AmeriNet Financial Systems leases space in Denver for National Transaction Center.


DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 20, 1996--

State-of-the-Art Processing Facility Will Employ Over 100; Annual

Loan Capacity Estimated at $5 Billion

AmeriNet Financial Systems, Inc. (OTC-BB: ANFS), which combines advanced technology and personal contact to reduce the cost and stress of purchasing real estate by providing information and advice to consumers, announced today that it has leased 21,000 square feet of space near the Denver Denver, city (1990 pop. 467,610), alt. 5,280 ft (1,609 m), state capital, coextensive with Denver co., N central Colo., on a plateau at the foot of the Front Range of the Rocky Mts., along the South Platte River where Cherry Creek meets it; inc. 1861.  Tech Center for its state-of-the-art National Transaction Center. The 5-1/2 year lease contains options for AmeriNet to double the size of the facility.

The National Transaction Center will become fully operational in early September and anticipates hiring over 100 people within the next 12 months. When the National Transaction Center is operating at full capacity, AmeriNet expects to be able to process over 4,000 mortgage loans per month, or an estimated $5 billion in loan volume annually.

The new AmeriNet facility will be the hub of a network that uses an advanced computer videoconferencing A real time video session between two or more users or between two or more locations.
