AmeriNet Announces Tesco Lotus - Part of One of the World's Largest Retailers - Expands Use of Park City Group Products.

Park City Group, Inc. ("Park City Group"), which is under letter of intent to be acquired by OTC BB "ABUY" (AmeriNet Group.com, Inc.)(OTCBB:ABUY), announced today that Tesco Lotus, (part of one of the world's largest retailers), has agreed to use the Fresh Market System(TM) owned and marketed by Park City Group subsidiary Cooper Fields, LLC ("Cooper Fields") to its Asian market stores.

Cooper Fields' Fresh Market System(TM) solves the two biggest problems of bakery, meat and produce departments around the World. (How to have enough product available to keep customers buying and avoiding having too much product at the end of the day to cut down on waste). It is an Internet based automated, category and inventory management production planning tool designed for perishable goods sales organizations (e.g., grocery, restaurants and food service industries). It uses a simple process which allows clients to fully integrate with existing POS, accounting, and buying systems and permits their managers to automatically prepare forecasts, plan production, track waste, order products and receive real time business operating issues alerts resulting in daily production plans that meet their merchandising and shelf life requirements. It also permits merchandising staffs to develop category management plans using real time, real item and category contributions. Such features are expected to materially cut costs and increase profits.

Tesco Lotus will introduce the Cooper Fields' Fresh Market System(TM) in its Thailand market with subsequent expansion throughout its Asian markets anticipated.
