AmeriNet `Closes' Acquisition With Mrs. Fields' Cookies Co-Founder's Park City Group and Announces Name Change/Top Priorities.

AmeriNet Group.com, Inc. ("AmeriNet") (OTCBB:ABUY) today announced that it has closed on the acquisition of Park City Group, Inc. Park City Group is a software developer headed by Randall K. Fields the co-founder of the internationally renowned Mrs. Fields' Cookies. The AmeriNet name is being changed to Field's Technologies, Inc. subject to availability. The official name and symbol change will be announced upon notification to and from the NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers). Mr. Fields has been elected as Amerinet's new President and CEO. Mr. Fields stated that "on going press releases will update shareholders as to AmeriNet's developing business plans. Our top priorities are increasing revenues and profits, directing the attention of securities analysts/brokerage firms coverage to our stock, and a listing on a national securities exchange."

With the acquisition AmeriNet gains audited revenues of $6,513,142 and pretax profits of $2,386,341 for the year ending December 31, 2000.

AmeriNet will change its headquarters to 333 Main Street, Park City, Utah 84060. AmeriNet's clients will now include Krispy Kreme, The Home Depot, Victoria's Secret, Pacific Sunwear, The Limited, Crate & Barrel, Bath & Body Works, Universal Studios - Orlando, Bi-Lo Foods, William-Sonoma, Wawa and Tesco Lotus (part of one of the world's largest retailers).
