AmeriNet/PriMed Technologies Announces Extension of Applications Development Partnership Agreement Will Help Bring New Healthcare Technologies to Physicians, Other Groups.

PriMed Technologies, Inc., which is under a letter of intent to be acquired by AmeriNet Group.com, Inc. (OTCBB:ABUY) ("AmeriNet"), today announced an extension of its application development partnership with AIT Corporation (AITSOFT.com).

The agreement extension will allow PriMed to continue to develop leading-edge document management systems, medical records imaging and web-enabled applications for the healthcare industry, according to Evan R. Brovenick, president, PriMed. "We look forward to extending this partnership, which allows us to create new technologies and enhance our products/services to meet evolving market needs," he said.

PriMed has been a strategic partner with AIT, a Coral Springs software development company, since 1997. Through that alliance, PriMed has developed and deployed several powerful software applications, including the document management system that makes x-rays and other medical records, streaming video and digital voice files available online. Other services include inventory control, and point of care applications.

AIT has also successfully developed web-enabled applications for several well-known corporations, including BandsMart, a well-known Florida electronics wholesaler, as well as creating an interactive web-enabled access tool for The Collier County Florida Tax Appraiser Office.
