Stanczak to the post of Controller and Chief Accounting Officer effective September 1. Stanczak, who will replace Richard R. Eynon, joined UGI Corporation, parent of AmeriGas Propane, in 1979 as an auditor and has progressed through several senior financial positions within UGI UGI abbr. upper gastrointestinal (as in series) and its affiliates. He holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Drexel University and is a certified public accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA) An accountant who has met certain standards, including experience, age, and licensing, and passed exams in a particular state. . Eynon will return to UGI and assume the position of Director - Corporate Accounting and Reporting. A graduate of Lehigh University and a certified public accountant, Eynon joined UGI in 1985 and has held several senior financial positions within UGI and its affiliates.
