(OTCBB:AMDR), a Coachella Valley-based major motion picture, television production and distribution company, announced today its experienced management team of film, video and financial industry professionals. The veterans in the industry management team are headed by the founder of TriStar Pictures, Lang Elliott, who is serving as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Elliott has over 30 years of motion picture production and distribution experience. The company will produce and distribute motion picture, television, cable, home video and DVD productions, utilizing its officers, directors and consultants to establish new production, co-production and distribution relationships throughout the world.

Elliott received Academy Award nominations for "Soldier of Orange" and "The Magic of Lassie" starring James Stewart and Mickey Rooney, and produced features including "The Billion Dollar Hobo," "The Prize Fighter" starring Tim Conway and Don Knotts, and "The Longshot" with Executive Producer Mike Nichols. He also produced and directed "The Private Eyes" starring Tim Conway and Don Knotts and "Cage" starring Lou Ferrigno. Credits also include "Dorf On Golf" and the "Dorf" home video series with Tim Conway.

Executive Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer Hugh Kelley, an accomplished screenplay writer, heads up the company's literary property division. His responsibilities include the acquisition and development of new film, television, cable and video products. Kelley has received a "Poets and Writers" award and was also a 1996 nominee in the Outstanding Contribution category of the Media Access Awards. Besides writing many notable books and screenplays, Kelley has also authored the $50 million dollar MGM film production of "Warriors of Virtue."

Chief Operating Officer Reb Brown assists the CEO and management team to assure AmeriDreamEntertainment's future growth and stability within the industry. Having over 20 years of film making experience, he is a valued production executive who has starred in over 27 feature films including "Uncommon Valor," "Cage," "Big Wednesday" and "Flight of the Intruder." Brown was nominated for "Best Actor" at the Australian Academy Awards for "Death of a Soldier."

With over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of achievement directly impacting a company's bottom line profitability, Chief Financial Officer Salvatore Amato is in charge of real estate development, including AmeriDream's film and theme park studio and the acquisition of new funding and related financial opportunities for the company. Prior, Amato was involved in the financing and securities fields, managing investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutional investors at the investment firm of Morgan Stanley in Los Angeles. Amato also worked in senior management and executive positions in the hospitality industry, including the New Otani Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, and the Marriott Hotels/Pacific Rim Hotel Development.

Vice President Michael Wetherwax leads the technology and music divisions of AmeriDreamEntertainment, complementing the company's needs for film, television and theme park musical development. He is also in charge of post-production for sound effects, dialog and musical scores. In addition to holding a degree in Computer Science, Wetherwax has composed, directed and performed musical scores for a number of productions including CBS TV's "Twilight Zone," "Lassie," "Midnight" with Lynn Redgrave and "Tides of War." He also worked for Oliver Stone on "Talk Radio," Graham Nash for "Lifesighs" and was a "Golden Reel Winner" for "Tales from the Crypt."

Corporate Consultant Jerry Virnig is a senior-level executive with over 39 years of management, marketing and sales experience in large and midsize companies, distinguishing himself as a proven leader. Virnig offers guidance through years of technical and business experience and personal relationships worldwide through management, production and post-production on the technical side for film, video and DVD productions. From 1969 to 2000 he was president and chief executive officer of Consolidated Film Industries (CFI), one of the largest and most successful film laboratories in the entertainment industry. His responsibilities included sales, growth, marketing and reporting to shareholders and most recently, Virnig orchestrated the successful sale of CFI to Technicolor.
