AmeriDream Launches New Interactive Web Site; New Online Application for Down Payment Gift Funds Saves Time and Effort.

Featuring a streamlined, cutting-edge online application process for down payment assistance funds, the new Web site of The AmeriDream Charity, Inc. has launched at www.ameridream.org.

The site, which will save considerable time and effort for lenders and real estate professionals who use AmeriDream's Downpayment Gift Program, also features information on the organization's redevelopment and loss mitigation programs, as well as news, customer testimonials and other new features.

The new www.ameridream.org saves lenders and real estate professionals time by enabling them to easily manage all of their AmeriDream Downpayment Program cases in one area. The site features detailed status screens of all cases, forms that automatically populate with saved information, and printable forms for organized record keeping.

Lenders and real estate professionals who frequently use the AmeriDream Downpayment Program can register once, and the system will save their information and automatically fill it in for future transactions.

"The new automated down payment application process really reduces the time lenders and other property professionals spend filling out forms on our site, which means they can get more done in less time," said Chris Russell, CEO of AmeriDream. Also in the works is an interactive on-line homebuying course, which will educate consumers - both those who use AmeriDream's programs and those who do not - on some of the common responsibilities of homeownership before and after purchase, as well as what they can expect to encounter as homeowners.
