"We are excited to announce Tennessee Auto Auction as the top-performing auction of the year -- for the second year in a row," said Gayle Pavlicek, senior vice president of Asset Remarketing at AmeriCredit. "Once again, the auction's commitment to excellence and enthusiasm for AmeriCredit's programs have made it our No. 1 auction in the nation."

The Auction of Excellence program is based on customer service, as well as highest recovery rate. AmeriCredit representatives assess each auction's performance in a variety of categories, including organization of sale, quality of vehicle reconditioning, dealer turnout and average recovery rate for AmeriCredit vehicles. In addition, they evaluate pre-sale services such as vehicle transportation and condition reports.
