The amendment lifts the cumulative net loss level-two triggers for all of the Company's FSA-insured transactions completed in 2000, 2001 and 2002 and provides for an increase in the related insurance premium. The Company has never exceeded level-two triggers and with the amendment does not anticipate violating any level-two triggers for any of its FSA-insured securitizations in the future.
