Mr. Seykora will assume his new post on November 22, 1999, bringing over 25 years of executive experience to the position. Before joining AmeriComUSA, Mr. Seykora was the chief financial officer of Litronic Inc., a public Internet infrastructure company, from July 1995 to November 1999. Prior to joining Litronic, Mr. Seykora was a management consultant to technology and financial enterprises from 1986 to 1995.
