AmeriChip Tool and Abrasives Officially Launches On Line Ordering.

PLYMOUTH, Mich. -- The Board of Directors of AmeriChip International Inc. (OTCBB:ACHI) announced that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, AmeriChip Tool and Abrasives, LLC (ATA) officially launched the on-line ordering section on its website, www.americhipintl.com (consumer site) effective immediately.

Ed Rutkowski, President of ATA, reports that "the ability for its customers to order on-line brings the delivery of our products and customer service into the expanding e-commerce environment. Our customer can review alternatives of products in stock and manage his own account by reviewing backorders and delivery schedules. It requires fewer AmeriChip personnel in the ordering process while maintaining world class customer service." In addition, the site allows customers to view a unique and new "Pick a Tool and see it Run" video of the high caliber Carboloy Tools (www.carboloy.com) that allows the customer to pick the tool he would like to purchase, watch a video with audio demonstrating its performance capabilities.

In the "products" section, AmeriChip Tool and Abrasive has added a Technical Data section on abrasives. This gives the customer the opportunity to download material safety data sheets, review product marking system, check safe rpm levels, storage of abrasives, and get approximate wheel weights for shipping. We also have added an engineering help-line for customer application assistance.
