AmeriBag, Inc. Relocates Headquarters to Town of Ulster, NY.

KINGSTON, N.Y. -- AmeriBag, Inc., a leader in the travel and handbag industry and makers of the patented Healthy Back Bag(R) tote, announced today that it has completed expansion of its US based and overseas corporate headquarters to a new facility in the Town of Ulster, New York. The nearly 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility located at 5 AmeriBag Drive, just off of Rt. 32N, will house the entire regional staff of AmeriBag, Inc., which is has grown to over 60 employees. For the first time in the company's history, the corporate divisions of the company will work side by side with the manufacturing, distribution and warehouse facilities.

"The incredible growth that we have experienced in the last several years has necessitated that we consolidate operations so that we can oversee our growth and continue to expand our operations," states Irwin Gaffin, President and co-founder of the company. "This facility will enable us to provide more efficiency and service to our customers." Gaffin points out that although the company regrets its necessity to relocate out of the city of Kingston, that this modern facility will give AmeriBag the ability to grow and prosper, ultimately adding numerous employment opportunities to the local workforce. "There will be few restrictions on growth in our new home," Gaffin remarks, "We will be fully operational in a state-of-the-art facility, and that will directly affect our future growth potential."

AmeriBag, Inc is no stranger to growth. In 2005, the company implemented a new OEM division, headed up by VP of Sales and Marketing, Curt Schock. In late 2005, all marketing and advertising efforts were brought in-house by the formation of a new marketing department, which services both the wholesale and retail divisions of the company. This, along with an expanding customer service department, pushed the company to look for an alternative to their prior 55 Greenkill Ave, Kingston address.
