Amendments to the rules of civil procedure.

The Civil Procedure Rules Committee is proposing amendments to Fla.R.Civ.P. Form 1.996 in response to 2006 and 2008 legislation. The committee invites comment on the proposed out-of-cycle amendments, which are summarized below. The full text of the proposals can be found at the Bar's Web site at www.floridabar.org.
